Tour departure time in Summer is at 9-10 am due to afternoon thunderstorms except for Sunset Cruises because by Sunset usually Summer afternoon storms are done.

Tours depart from Ivey Memorial Park in Branford unless arrangements have been made to be picked up at one of the Airbnb's Docks along the river.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING POLICY:
At Captain RR Excursions, we understand that plans can change. Here’s our policy to keep things fair and easy for everyone:
Cancellations:
• Free cancellation if made at least 24 hours BEFORE your scheduled trip.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will FORFEIT ENTIRE DEPOSIT.
Weather Cancellations:
• Your safety is our top priority.
• If we cancel due to bad weather or unsafe conditions, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your trip.
Rescheduling:
• You may reschedule at no cost if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• If you request to reschedule within 24 hours, we will do our best to accommodate, but it is not guaranteed the date you pick will be available.
Refunds:
• Any applicable refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
