Bait, tackle, rods, and fishing licenses are included in all our exciting inshore fishing trips that depart from Horseshoe Beach, FL.
For those looking for a great day on the water, we offer:
5-Hour Inshore Fishing Trips
• $400 for 2 people
• $50 for each additional guest (up to 4 guests max)
8-Hour Inshore Fishing Trips
• $550 for 2 people
• $50 for each additional guest (up to 4 guests max)
To reserve your inshore trip, a $100 deposit is required. The balance is due at the boat ramp before departure. We accept cash or credit cards only. Please note that if you are using a credit card, a 3% fee will be added. For example, if your balance is $300, your total balance with the fee will be $309.
In addition to our inshore fishing trips, we also offer a scalloping charter and Suwannee River tours for those looking for more aquatic adventures.
Suwannee River Private Tours
*up to 6 guests MAX
Tour departure time in Summer is at 9-10 am due to afternoon thunderstorms, except for Sunset Cruises because by Sunset, usually Summer afternoon storms are done.

Tours depart from Ivey Memorial Park in Branford unless arrangements have been made to be picked up at one of the Airbnb's Docks along the river.

$30 DEPOSIT TO RESERVE YOUR RIVER TOUR
BALANCE DUE AT THE DOCK BEFORE DEPARTURE. CASH OR CREDIT CARDS ONLY. IF USING CREDIT CARD, THERE IS A SMALL 3% FEE. FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOUR BALANCE IS $100, YOUR TOTAL BALANCE WITH FEE WILL BE $103.
Scalloping Charter
Join us for a private scalloping trip, perfect for up to 8 hours or until the limit is met. This scalloping charter is available for $550 per trip, accommodating a maximum of 6 guests. We depart from either Horseshoe Beach or Steinhatchee, depending on the best scalloping conditions.
To secure your spot for this memorable adventure, a $150 deposit is required to reserve your scalloping trip. The balance is due at the boat ramp before departure, and we accept cash or credit cards only. Please note that if you choose to use a credit card, a 3% fee will apply. USCG LICENSED CAPTAIN FOR HIRE
$350 per day. Please note that your vessel must be insured for activities such as Inshore Fishing Trips, Scalloping Charters, and Suwannee River Tours.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING POLICY:
At Captain RR Excursions, we understand that plans can change, especially when it comes to your inshore fishing trips or scalloping charters. Here’s our policy to keep things fair and easy for everyone:
Cancellations:
• Free cancellation if made at least 24 hours BEFORE your scheduled trip.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will FORFEIT ENTIRE DEPOSIT.
Weather Cancellations:
• Your safety is our top priority.
• If we cancel due to bad weather or unsafe conditions, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your Suwannee River tours.
Rescheduling:
• You may reschedule your inshore fishing trips or scalloping charters at no cost if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• If you request to reschedule within 24 hours, we will do our best to accommodate, but it is not guaranteed the date you pick will be available.
Refunds:
• Any applicable refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
